Responsibilities
Build and drive business/investment growth of our client and consider the associated risks with the aim of building up a pipeline of business development opportunities
Research real estate and hospitality market conditions in Singapore, Asia and selected countries of interests to our client and prioritize countries/cities for such business/investment opportunities
Conduct and co-ordinate legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence for assets to be acquired with external advisers/consultants
Maintain good and close contacts with real estate consulting companies, real estate developers and landowners for business/ investment opportunities
Keep abreast of competitors' investment activities and marketing activities
Source and evaluate investment/business opportunities/options and recommend to Management preferred ones and investment co-partners, where appropriate
Assist and participate in negotiating business/investment deals
Requirements
Good degree in accountancy, business administration or estate management
At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, property/hospitality investment/development and with practical experience in related investment decisions, acquisitions, property evaluations, negotiations, etc
Good contacts with real estate consulting companies on investment opportunities
